Antenatal Care Clinical Manager

As the Head of Nursing - Children's Community Services, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the development and implementation of high-quality care for women and birthing people in our maternity services;
- Improving the quality and safety of services, reducing inequalities of health, and working with system partners to provide the best start in life for people in our community;
- Driving up standards of clinical care, having the authority to get the essential components of care right for women, birthing people, and their families;
- Setting and monitoring clinical standards, playing a proactive role in quality improvement, and demonstrating an awareness of the impact of each clinical area's activity on patient care;
- Leading operational management of the antenatal service and specialist midwives, providing oversight of a clinical area as delegated by the Head of Midwifery.
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
