About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner to join our Data Cloud team at Creditsafe. As a Technical Product Owner, you will play a key role in guiding the design, development, test, and release of our KYC Protect solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into an actionable, prioritized, and refined product backlog, ensuring our development teams are always working on the highest value items.
  • Understand our customers' use cases and future needs so that you can effectively communicate their challenges and goals to the development teams both verbally and via use cases with success metrics.
  • Be the bridge between support and your development team(s) - handle escalations on your product from support teams.
  • Design flexible solutions, rationalize existing services, modify, and reuse existing platform components and services when appropriate.
  • Ensure the quality of your product: both in terms of robustness and user-experience.
  • Lead internal beta testing.
  • Work with the Product Manager on customer alpha and beta programs for your product throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work with support teams throughout the world to solve customer issues and to generate real test cases and data.
  • Create best practice enablement – documentation, videos, blogs, etc.
  • Share customer feedback/stories with the development teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and success as a Technical Product Owner guiding engineering product teams to execute quality deliverables.
  • Can articulate the 'what' and 'why' to development teams clearly and with inspiration.
  • Strong aptitude for hands-on creation of compelling visual and persuasive written content for internal and external consumption.
  • Experience with workflow or process automation platforms and analyzing large data sets a plus.
