About the Role

Creditsafe Nederland is seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to join our team and lead the development of our KYC Protect risk and compliance solution. As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for guiding the design, development, testing, and release of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into an actionable, prioritized, and refined product backlog, ensuring our development teams are always working on the highest value items.
  • Understand our customers' use cases and future needs, effectively communicating their challenges and goals to the development teams.
  • Design flexible solutions, rationalize existing services, modify, and reuse existing platform components and services when appropriate.
  • Ensure the quality of your product, both in terms of robustness and user experience.
  • Lead internal beta testing and work with the Product Manager on customer alpha and beta programs for your product throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work with support teams throughout the world to solve customer issues and generate real test cases and data.
  • Create best practice enablement, including documentation, videos, and blogs.
  • Share customer feedback and stories with the development teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience and success as a Technical Product Owner guiding engineering product teams to execute quality deliverables.
  • Strong aptitude for hands-on creation of compelling visual and persuasive written content for internal and external consumption.
  • Experience with workflow or process automation platforms and analyzing large data sets is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, finance, or comparable academic training or industry experience.
  • Relevant experience working on enterprise solutions, such as a technical product owner, user experience designer, quality engineer, solution consultant, or technical support engineer.
  • Experience as a successful product owner/manager for commercial software solutions.
