Key Responsibilities- Provide wakeful night cover and assist with personal care, managing equipment needs, and liaising with health professionals as required.
- Maintain high standards of personal and environmental care, promoting mental and physical activity, and handling emergency calls.
- Act as a key worker, supporting service users to live independently and make informed decisions about their care.
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, for completing e-learning courses and reporting.
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
