We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a key member of our housekeeping operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service on our cruise ships.

About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • You will oversee the day-to-day activities of our housekeeping team, including supervising staff, managing work schedules, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Your expertise in housekeeping management will ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience on board.
  • You will work closely with our Housekeeping Director to develop and implement cleaning protocols, train staff, and address any issues that may arise.
  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in the cruise industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
