We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Night Care Assistant to join our team at North Lincolnshire Council. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to children and young people, including sleep routines and personal care.
- Monitor each child during the night and undertake any specific observations relating to their care and/or medical condition.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Good general education and ability to undertake relevant training.
- Knowledge of disabilities and ability to support children and young people with their personal, social, emotional, physical, and health care needs.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
