We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Clover HR Services Limited. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and management accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Process and reconcile financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts, working closely with senior finance staff to achieve business objectives.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of [£25,000 - £30,000] per annum salary, commensurate with experience.
- AAT qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, preferably Xero, and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet changing business needs.
