About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Brandon James, a top-tier global Quantity Surveying Consultancy. As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within our Real Estate division, working on complex projects across various sectors, including Health, Developer, Higher Education, Residential, Data Centres, and Commercial, with project values reaching up to £300m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Directors to deliver high-profile projects
  • Lead a small team and contribute to the growth and success of the company
  • Manage significant projects and drive projects from cradle to grave
  • Work within dynamic teams on exciting schemes circa £100m - £300m
Requirements
  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • A RICS accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • Previous experience managing junior team members is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and client facing
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
