Flagship Consulting, a reputable and independently owned PQS Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead their team in Bristol. With a strong presence across the UK, the company employs a team of professionals across Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Building Surveying disciplines.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of two Quantity Surveyors and will be the client lead on some of the company's flagship projects. With a focus on business growth and succession planning, the appointed individual will have the opportunity to progress to Director level and gain equity in the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and manage projects up to £20 million
  • Develop business and client relationships, representing the company at networking events and meetings
  • Contribute to the company's growth and succession plans
Requirements
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying and full membership of the RICS
  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on the Consultancy/PQS side
  • Experience working on projects within Property/Building
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
