We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Examiner to join our team to mark GCSE Persian (2018 Specification) scripts.

About the Role

As an Examiner, you will be responsible for marking candidates' responses in accordance with the pre-defined mark scheme, while adhering to conditions of recognition and examination procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mark scripts accurately and consistently to ensure overall standards are maintained
  • Submit samples to your Team Leader at designated times
  • Ensure milestones for marking are adhered to
  • Complete all administration as specified

Requirements

  • You will have a degree or equivalent qualification
  • You will be a qualified teacher, with qualifications obtained in the UK or overseas
  • You will have a minimum of 5 months part-time teaching experience of the relevant qualification and subject, within the last 10 years, obtained within the UK
  • We will consider applicants with assessment experience with a recognised UK exam board, within the last 5 years, relevant to the qualification and subject being applied for
