Role Overview: We are seeking a Community Support Assistant to join our team at Vast Services. In this role, you will be working closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service, process transactions, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, including restocking shelves, operating tills, and maintaining store appearance. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our charity's mission and values, and contribute to making a positive impact in your community.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer queries
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restock shelves and maintain store appearance
  • Assist with visual merchandising and display maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you will receive full training and travel expense reimbursement (terms and conditions apply). You will also have flexible volunteering opportunities to suit your spare time and schedule.

Estimated Salary: £9.50 per hour (based on 20 hours per week), equating to approximately £19,520 per annum (pro-rata).
