Senior Neuropsychology Service Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Principal Clinical Psychologist to lead our Neuropsychology pathway in community mental health services across Bradford and Craven.

The successful postholder will join a diverse and supportive team across the network, overseeing the assistant psychologist in delivering Cognitive Remediation Therapy, providing consultation, specialist assessment, support, training, formulation, reflective space, and leadership within the wider clinical team and their own clinical work.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to bring innovation, creativity, and holistic approaches to meet the needs of our diverse communities.

Salary: £62,215 - £72,293 per annum (pro rata)

About You:
  • You should have a Doctorate level training in clinical or applied psychology and relevant experience in the field.
  • You must be committed to working creatively and flexibly to provide psychological therapy to individuals, their families, and systems from all walks of life, reducing inequalities in access to and outcomes from psychological therapy for marginalized communities.
  • Experience of working within a multicultural framework and fluency in one of Bradford's community languages would be advantageous.
