Lead a High-Performing Customer Service Team

The Customer Service Team Leader manages and develops one of the front line's Customer Service and Admin teams to ensure effective implementation and execution of the organisation's customer service strategy, consistently according to established guidelines.

This role involves leading a team of Customer Service Admins and Agents, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also be responsible for hiring competent resources, analysing and optimising team operations, and managing customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team management in a busy contact centre environment is essential.
  • Promote a culture of customer centricity within the team.
  • Analyse and improve customer experience using data insights.

Requirements:

  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience in SAP, CRM, and Salesforce is desirable.
