Core Duties:
  • Fostering a secure and motivating environment through effective behaviour management.
  • Providing high-quality support and promoting the overall well-being of children and young people.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
  • Substantial experience working with SEN individuals, including those with Autism and challenging behaviour.
  • Exceptional behaviour management skills and experience in one-to-one and small group settings.
  • A professional demeanor, enthusiasm, and a friendly approach are vital.
  • A Team Teach qualification and manual handling experience are preferred.

Stringent application checks, including Enhanced DBS Disclosure and professional reference checks, ensure adherence to our robust safeguarding policy.

A competitive salary of £18,750 - £22,750 per annum, based on experience, is offered for this role.
