We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Practice Nurse to join our primary healthcare team at Defence Medical Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Providing primary healthcare nursing care to patients in conjunction with the primary healthcare team.
- Triage of minor injuries and minor illnesses.
- Conducting vital observations and diagnostics, including blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation levels, temperature, and respiration rate.
- Acting as lead nurse for the care of patients with long-term conditions.
- Maintaining accurate electronic and written records, ensuring confidentiality of patient information.
