As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading our venue both operationally and from a people perspective. Your responsibilities will include:
**Supporting the General Manager and AGM**
* Assist in leading the venue and ensuring business and personal objectives are implemented and reviewed on a regular basis.
* Evaluate employee performance and report to the General Manager.
* Keep day-to-day activities organized and efficient.
* Deal with employee schedule changes, absences, and replacements to ensure smooth operation of the business.
**Maximizing Trading**
* Improve the administration and efficiency of the venue, ensuring consistently high standards of communication within the company and externally.
* Contribute to the profitability of the venue by supporting the General Manager.
**Delivering a Spectacular Customer Experience**
* Ensure that the highest possible levels of customer service are delivered by the team at all times.
* Deal with any complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
* Ensure the team serves all products to company and brand specification.
