Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at SSP. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure that the unit is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and that all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate team efforts to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control stock levels, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a high-volume hospitality or retail environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
