Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Pension Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with a variety of clients, including trustee and corporate schemes, to deliver high-quality actuarial services.
  • Attend client meetings and present technical issues as required.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on a day-to-day basis, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage a small team of actuarial staff to produce client work on time and within budget.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for junior actuarial staff.
  • Lead the core work on actuarial valuations, solvency testing, and buy-in analysis.
  • Draft advice and reports for clients, using technical expertise and industry knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualified FIA / FFA or up to 4 years post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills, with the ability to work with clients and staff at all levels.
  • Supervisory experience of junior actuarial staff.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
