Job Opportunity: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Community Services Ltd.

About the Role:

As a Female Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities
  • Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others
  • Support service users with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and laundry
  • Keep accurate records and notes as required
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide excellent care and support

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards one
  • Experience in supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for working with vulnerable adults
