Internal Sales Professional

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and establishing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts to identify areas for mutual profitable growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Proven selling skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Strong organisational and planning abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels.
- A problem solver who takes ownership of enquiries and challenges.
- Self-motivated and driven with an outstanding attendance record.
- Proficiency in IT, with a working knowledge of MS Office being desirable.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive salary within the £25,000 to £29,000 banding.
- Access to the company's profit share scheme.
- Company pension.
- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.
