Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Kate+Co. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging role that involves managing a team, providing crucial exposure to business partnering, and supporting the annual budgeting process.

The successful candidate will be in charge of the monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, as well as balance sheet reviews and ad hoc analysis on business performance. If you have a strong background in accounting and a desire to progress into a varied and exciting role, we would love to hear from you.

This position offers a competitive salary of around £50,000 per year, depending on experience, with flexible perks and benefits. The ideal candidate will be based in Crewe and work five days a week.

We are looking for a qualified accountant or someone with a strong QBE who has experience in management accounting or a similar role. If you have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for finance, please apply.
