About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative - Facilities Specialist to join our team at ABM UK. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional cleaning services to client facilities, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with our facilities team to identify and prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a safe and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in cleaning or facilities services, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, as required.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
