Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Cleaning Operations: Develop and implement cleaning schedules and rotas to ensure all areas of the arena are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Training and Development: Provide regular training and coaching to cleaning staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure that cleaning standards are being met and identify areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all cleaning staff are aware of and comply with health and safety procedures.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with other members of the facilities management team to ensure that cleaning operations are aligned with overall arena operations.
- Experience: Proven experience in a cleaning or facilities management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of cleaning staff.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Guaranteed Hours: 24 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional shifts.
- Weekly Pay: Paid weekly, one week in arrears.
- Free Car Parking: Free car parking for all staff.
- Subsidised Canteen: Subsidised canteen facilities for all staff.
