Service Operations Coordinator

This role involves supporting our client's operations by managing customer relationships, processing administrative tasks, and handling warranty claims.
About the Role:
- Liaise with customers regarding completed work on vehicles.
- Process all administration, including records and documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle warranty and contract claims efficiently.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a service administration role or similar capacity within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all administrative processes are completed thoroughly.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MS Office Suite and database management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
The estimated salary for this position is around £30,000 per annum.
