About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our care team at Orchard Care Homes in Wakefield.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that each person living within our home receives the care they need to live a fulfilling life.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess, plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality care which meets the individual's needs and the high standards expected at Orchard Care Homes.
  • You will be a team player who leads, supervises, supports and develops the care team.
Requirements:

An experienced Senior Care Assistant with excellent communication skills is required.
