Job Summary
We're looking for a sales professional with a strong background in B2B sales, particularly in the cyber security industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end net new business sales, managing customers through the security software subscription sales process. This includes finding pipelines, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the sales process from start to end, focusing on hunting for new business opportunities and following up with existing accounts.
- Average deal size $10,000 - $15,000 with up to $130,000 sales target per quarter.
- Forecasting and account profiling in CRM - SFDC, Lausha, LinkedIn, Zoominfo.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.

- Competitive OTE (£46,000) including a base salary, yearly bonus, and uncapped commissions and accelerators.

Requirements
- Candidates should be comfortable in outbound B2B hunting/sales into C-level contacts at medium to large organizations.
- First language: English (ideal candidates are originally from the UK or Ireland).
- Ability to work on a hybrid model from our Bournemouth office.
- High-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen.
