We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Ambulance Care Assistant to join our team at EMED Group. As a key member of our Patient Transport Service, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from medical appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport patients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, and treatment centers
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
  • Assist with patient handling and moving, using manual handling techniques and equipment as needed
  • Maintain a high standard of vehicle and equipment serviceability, cleanliness, and readiness
  • Complete accurate and timely patient journey records and statistical information
Requirements:
  • Committed to providing exceptional patient care and support
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
