Sales Executive

TPS is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive - Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Executive - Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by identifying and leveraging potential sales opportunities within our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Manager and team to achieve business plan and sales objectives.
- Achieve personal KPI's and revenue targets with key customers.
- Accurately identify and recommend parts to meet customer sales requirements.
- Utilize product promotions effectively to achieve specific targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact and face-to-face visits.
- Provide a high level of service to customers by understanding their needs, responding to requests, and providing expert advice.
- Communicate timely with customers on their credit status.
- Assist and support the TPS Centre team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Work with the Sales Manager and others to achieve sales targets and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries within KPI's.
- Ensure accurate use of systems to search and order parts.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Deal with cash and credit card transactions in line with TPS Guidelines.
Requirements:
- A self-starter with a proven track record in building strong relationships and achieving sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Confident and capable communicator with experience of selling in a fast-paced and/or telesales environment.
- Passion for providing a great customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all key stakeholders.
- A team player with drive and determination to achieve individual and sales targets.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- A passion for the automotive industry.
