About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Consumer Insights professional to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Northern Europe business, you will play a critical role in driving demand and growing consumption of our iconic brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior and preferences across our key markets.
  • Lead the analysis and interpretation of consumer, trend, and business performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement consumer-led marketing strategies.
  • Design and deliver research studies to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication of insights.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer insights, with a strong track record of delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights in a clear and concise manner.
