Personal Assistant to the Director of Property Management

We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Director of Property Management in our Finchley Central branch. As a key member of the Property Management Department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily schedule and appointments for the Associate Director
  • Ensure the property management team's tasks are progressing efficiently
  • Generate and manage reports in Excel and property management software for internal and external clients
  • Keep property portfolios compliant with regulations and book in works with contractors/tenants and landlords
  • Register and release property deposits
  • Set up new contractors on internal systems and verify their compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • High level of knowledge of Excel and other office packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
