We are recruiting a highly skilled and results-driven Starbucks Shift Supervisor to join our team in Warminster. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and opening and closing procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Provide coaching and training to baristas to improve their skills and knowledge
