Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to join our team on a full-time basis at one of our care homes in Hexham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior care assistant looking to take the next step in their career.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and implementation of care within the unit
  • Manage and monitor service delivery
  • Lead and develop the care and nursing team

About the Role

This is a permanent position working 38.5 hours per week on day shifts. The successful candidate will have experience as a senior care assistant and hold NVQ Level 3 & Medication Training. A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 per hour is offered, resulting in an annual salary of approximately £27,027.


Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 & Medication Training
  • Experience as senior care assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
