We are looking for a highly skilled Dispensing Optician to join our team as an Eye Care Professional. As a key member of our store management team, you will take on management responsibilities and be responsible for providing excellent customer service at all times.
About the Job:- Liaise with Optometrists to ensure seamless handovers for dispensed customers.
You will work closely with our store management team to deliver exceptional customer service and manage aftersales services, focusing on customer satisfaction and resolving complaints in a proactive manner.
