Debt Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a Debt Recovery Field Agent, you will play a crucial role in our debt recovery process, working closely with our clients to resolve arrears and ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities- Visit customers' homes to discuss and make payment arrangements for outstanding debts
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve arrears and maintain positive relationships with clients
- Work collaboratively with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
- Meet or exceed targets for debt recovery and customer satisfaction
- Full UK driving license and use of a car or van for business purposes
- Business use vehicle insurance
- Availability to work 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidence, reliability, and organizational skills
- Competitive basic salary of £25,200 per annum, paid monthly
- Car allowance of £2,880 per annum, paid monthly
- Bonus scheme with earning potential of £30,000+ per annum
- Fuel allowance
- 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

- 37.5 hour working week
