Job Details

Senior Planner, UK South Build Division

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our UK Build Division in the South. The successful candidate will support the management team with the planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities associated with our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate project programmes, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Lead and coordinate with other teams to ensure effective planning and programme management.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Work closely with the Regional Planner to review and update project programmes.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience working on healthcare and hotel projects.
  • Advanced training in project management software, such as Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6.
  • Strong understanding of contract management, including JCT and NEC forms of contract.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
