About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pitch Executive to join our team at Totum Partners. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting our most strategic global RFPs across various practice and industry groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on large, complex RFP projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage RFP opportunities from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop compelling pitch content and messaging that sets us apart in the market.
  • Support partners in preparing for client presentations, ensuring a polished and professional image.
  • Monitor opportunities and outcomes, maintaining an organized pitch library and providing detailed management reports.

About You:

  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content that resonates with clients.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prior experience of pitches or business development, gained within a professional services environment.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
