About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pitch Executive to join our team at Totum Partners. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in supporting our most strategic global RFPs across various practice and industry groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist on large, complex RFP projects, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Manage RFP opportunities from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met and deliverables are of the highest standard.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategies that will secure new business and develop compelling pitch content and messaging that sets us apart.
  • Support partners in preparing for client presentations, ensuring they are well-equipped to showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Monitor opportunities and outcomes, maintaining an organized pitch library and providing detailed management reports to inform business decisions.
About You
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging, persuasive content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
  • Prior experience of pitches or business development, gained within a professional services environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and collaborating with various stakeholders, including partners, clients, and internal teams.
