Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our Claims Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading the technical delivery of our ambitious Transformation portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a single view of technology change across Claims, ensuring it remains current and actionable.
  • Agree and deliver a rolling 12-month technical delivery roadmap, supporting our Transformation portfolio.
  • Lead and support early discovery and planning activities, ensuring a balanced scorecard approach is applied to every change.
  • Coach and inspire your team of Product Owners, fostering a high-performance culture and mindset.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working in Agile environments and with Scrum is essential for this position.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, alongside the ability to be a critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Ability to organize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously and at pace.
