Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Delivery Lead to join our team at Hastings Direct. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing technical delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical delivery strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize technical requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in technical delivery leadership, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum.
