A prestigious restaurant with a strong reputation for excellence is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to join their dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of the brigade, you will be responsible for training on all sections of the kitchen and contributing to the creation of modern European menus.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the senior chefs in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Train and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and seasonal specials
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of quality and service
- Previous experience in a professional, fresh food environment
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
