Job Description

We are seeking a Compliance and Risk Assurance Lead to join our team and support our management team in maintaining QEHS systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining QEHS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining QEHS systems and procedures for the plant.
  • Supporting internal audit procedures for QEHS.
  • Managing external audits and participating in risk assessments.
  • Reviewing customer requirements and addressing returns.
  • Collaborating with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements.
  • Ensuring training plans align with QEHS expectations.
  • Monitoring site performance and producing statistical reports.
  • Preparing health and safety strategies and monitoring compliance.
  • Outlining safe operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience and/or knowledge of Health & Safety Management Systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including data processing.
  • NEBOSH Certificate or IOSH preferred.
