Location: Remote Working Environment

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to provide a highly specialist clinical psychology service to clients referred to the Older People's Stepped Care Therapies Service. The successful candidate will work across clinic-based and remote working environments, providing assessment and therapy, including neuropsychological assessment where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide highly specialist assessment and therapy to clients, including neuropsychological assessment where necessary.
  • Offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychologist colleagues and other non-professional carers.
  • Provide supervision and guidance for staff within the service, including clinical psychologists and mental health practitioners.
  • Work with senior clinicians to provide relevant information and data to team and service managers.
  • Provide relevant teaching, training, and supervision within the service and across the Trust.
  • Utilise research skills for audit, policy, service development, and research dissemination.
