Corporate Communications Manager

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Communications Manager to join our team at Winners Recruitment in Truro. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for executing the PR and media coverage strategy for our hotel group.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in corporate communications, with excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills. You will be able to develop and implement effective PR strategies, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and manage the press office and media database.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive press release strategy, highlighting key events, promotions, milestones, and unique selling points of each hotel, restaurant, and spa across the group.
2. Submit awards and nominations to showcase the excellence and innovation of our properties, boosting the brand's reputation and garnering media attention.
3. Nurture relationships with key media contacts, building and maintaining strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers covering the hospitality industry.
4. Manage the press office and media database, keeping it organised and up-to-date with contact information, preferences, and past interactions.
5. Enhance journalist and influencer engagement by providing them with relevant news, story ideas, and exclusive access to events.
Requirements:
* A degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Marketing, Public Relations)
* Proven experience in corporate communications or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
