Job Description

Technical Data Governance Specialist Role:

This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Technical Data Governance Specialist to join our team at the Tenth Revolution Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional data governance expertise, particularly in the areas of data asset management, cataloguing, data quality management, and data cleansing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Asset Management & Cataloguing: Develop and implement data asset management strategies to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Data Quality Management: Design and implement data quality management processes to ensure high-quality data.
  • Data Cleansing & Conformance: Develop and implement data cleansing and conformance strategies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Data Governance Expertise: Provide expert guidance on data governance best practices and standards.
  • Data Migration and Systems Integration: Lead data migration and systems integration projects to ensure seamless data transitions.
  • Data Maturity Assessment & Continuous Improvement: Conduct regular data maturity assessments and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Record Management: Develop and implement record management strategies to ensure compliance and data integrity.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data governance initiatives and provide leadership on data-related projects.

Requirements:

  • Expertise with Microsoft Purview: Possess in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Purview and its applications.
  • Skill with Unity Catalog for Databricks: Have experience working with Unity Catalog for Databricks.
  • Data Governance & Metadata Management: Possess strong data governance and metadata management skills.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Have experience with data quality assurance processes.
  • Data Migration Expertise: Possess expertise in data migration and systems integration.
  • Data Maturity Assessment: Be able to conduct data maturity assessments.
  • Systems Integration & Data Cleansing: Have experience with systems integration and data cleansing.
