Job Summary: The successful candidate will manage customer complaints and concerns using a methodical approach, lead supplier interactions and improve material quality, and collaborate with the engineering team to drive process improvements.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role, ideally within electronics manufacturing.
  2. In-depth knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001.
  3. Experience with problem-solving tools like 8D and FMEA.
  4. Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies.
