Domestic Assistant/Porter

We are seeking a highly skilled and flexible individual to join our team at Kelso Health Centre as a Domestic Assistant/Porter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a cleaning service to a high standard
  • Assist with portering duties as required
  • Demonstrate a high level of competence in domestic activities
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work Monday to Friday 16:30 to 20:00
  • Knowledge of the NHS Borders Behavioural Framework
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Please note that this is a part-time post, and the salary will be pro-rata.

NHS Scotland is reducing its full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro-rata for part-time staff.
