This role involves providing pro-active and re-active building maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safety standards. You will work closely with the EWFM Service Desk to implement EWFM and client reporting systems on client properties.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine health and safety checks and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation
  • Liaising with the client operational team to develop the premises ethos and culture
  • Supporting the client's core activities
  • Carrying out statutory and maintenance checks on plant and equipment
  • Checking the site CAFM system and taking appropriate action

We are looking for someone who is methodical, organised, and possesses good DIY skills. You should also be approachable, confident, and have excellent communication skills.
