Job Title: Mobile Service Parts Advisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mobile Service Parts Advisor to join our team at TrustFord. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our mobile service technicians have the correct parts for their jobs, returning unwanted or used parts to the correct location, and processing credits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately price parts and maintain stock levels
  • Monitor inventory levels on vans and ensure timely restocking
  • Process credits and returns efficiently
  • Collaborate with mobile service technicians to ensure they have the necessary parts for their jobs
Requirements:
  • Parts Advisor experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in a selling/customer service environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

This is a hybrid role, working on-site and from home. The first three months will be worked from the office full-time, followed by a hybrid schedule from month four.
