**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Food Production Specialist to join our dynamic team at our Shaftesbury site. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines, maintaining high-quality standards, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Place products onto the moving production line at designated stations.
  • Mix and load ingredients into machines, ensuring accurate measurements and quality control.
  • Form and package products, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Store and handle food products safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in all areas of production, including manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Stack trays and baskets safely, following site procedures.
  • Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed and adhered to.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.

**Requirements**

  • Basic English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, following instructions and procedures.
  • Reliable, hard-working, and able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good attendance, flexibility to hours, and punctuality.
  • Willingness to learn and progress in the role.
