About the RoleWe are seeking skilled operatives to join our Production team at our Shaftesbury facility.
Your Responsibilities- Accurately place products onto moving production lines.
- Mix and load ingredients into machinery.
- Ensure proper product formation.
- Decant finished products from racks.
- Maintain correct food storage procedures.
- Package finished items in appropriate containers.
- Assist in all production areas, including manufacturing, packing, and dispatch.
- Keep work areas, equipment, and trays clean and organized.
- Safely stack trays and baskets according to site procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Participate in training programs for career advancement.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Punctual and flexible with work hours.
- Eager to learn and progress within their role.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
